Bulk Shipping: Step-by-Step Guide

What are Bulk Services?

Instead of individually booking and sending small parcels overseas, our Bulk Solution allows you to book and consolidate multiple orders into one large box. You then organise one single collection service.

To recap, Bulk Sending is split into two parts:

• International delivery: Book Spring Global or Landmark Global Bulk services to worldwide destinations.
• Domestic collection: Choose your preferred Collection or Drop Off service

Get started with Bulk Collection

Enable Bulk Services in Settings

First, you must enable Bulk Services in your Account Settings to see bulk services when quoting. You can do this by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Log in to your Interparcel Account

Step 2: Hover over ‘My Account’ and select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu

Step 3: Under the General tab, turn the ‘Bulk Services’ toggle on

Step 4: Read the pop-up message and click on ‘Enable for this account’

Once you’ve activated Bulk Services, they will appear in your quote results if applicable.

Book a Bulk Service

You obtain a quote for a Bulk Service like any other international courier service.

Step 1: Enter your parcel details and postcode information as you would a standard service

Step 2: Complete the details by selecting your preferred Spring Global or Landmark Global Bulk service.

Step 3: Pay for the booking in your shopping basket or book more. Outstanding orders will be in your basket until payment

Step 4: Print and attach all relevant shipping labels to each parcel

Book your Bulk Collection

Once you’ve paid for the international bulk services, you need to book a collection for your outstanding Bulk shipments – these are grouped by courier. Your outstanding Bulk shipments are located under 'Shipping Tools'. You need to book a collection service for each batch.

Step 1: Pack each parcel in one large box. Repeat this process for as many couriers as you have booked with.

Step 2: Click the ‘Select Pickup Service’ button to enter the outer shipping box weight and dimensions. We will generate a list of suitable domestic pickup services.

Step 3: Select a service for your Bulk consolidation. Depending on the urgency, budget, and carrier, you can choose a UK Drop Off or UK Collection service.

Step 4: Add to the cart and pay for the collection service. In our example, we have Landmark Global and Spring Global deliveries so we will have two separate collections.

Step 5: Print and attach all documentation sent to you for the collection portion of your shipment to the outer box. When your package reaches the local depot, the courier will know to open the box and scan each parcel inside for onward delivery.
