At Interparcel, we want to make sending and receiving parcels simple, quick, and most importantly, affordable. To do that, we have created handy tools like PrePay, Branded Tracking and Saved Cards to help our customers streamline the parcel delivery process. In this blog, we explore the features of the My Orders section of your account.

My Orders Account Overview

We understand the importance of keeping track of all your bookings with us, so the 'My Orders' section of your account has all your previous order information together in one place. You can view full order details, find a tracking number, reprint documents, and so much more!

Where can I find my orders?

My Orders Drop Down Menu

Hover over the 'My Account' drop-down menu and select 'My Orders' to display your orders placed in the last day, month, even a year! You can use the filter box to narrow down results based on what you are looking for and even customise your date range for specific results.

What can I do with my orders?


Search by date, tracking status, or filter

If you have lots of bookings, you don't want to have to sift through them all! Sort your orders by date range, tracking status, or type in a specific filter, e.g., name, to find the booking you are looking for.


'Send again' and 'Return'

Did a customer love your product so much they want a repeat order? Perhaps you own a subscription box company and send out regular products each month? Our repeat order function means you can place an identical booking within a few clicks! All you need to do is click on the order's action button and choose 'Send Again'. You can then review the order and add it to your cart.

Another option is to choose 'Return Parcel', which keeps the booking details the same but switches the delivery and collection address. This is helpful if need to provide your customer with a quick return service for an unwanted item.


Export CSV

Accountant

CSV copies of your orders are extremely useful to download so that you or your business always has a back-up of orders placed with us. You can utilise CSV files for data analysis, importing into another program, identifying trends, and of course, to send to your accountant who has been chasing you for weeks! You can export all or selected order data by simply selecting the 'Action' button within your orders.


Re-download documents

Has the cat knocked over your coffee cup all over your shipping labels? Or perhaps your organised filing hasn't really taken off this year? No fear! If you need to re-print an order's receipt, shipping label, customs invoice or address label, you can access them all in your account so you never have to worry about losing (or ruining) a shipping document again!
